Urban and Rural Development

The objectives is to enhance the efficiency of these rural and urban areas through a professional approach to enhance the quality of development activities. In the rural areas, the bulk of employment and productive activities are related to the agriculture sector while the production base of the urban areas is in manufacturing and services. Enhancing the efficiencies of urban and rural areas require a holistic approach, covering the entire socioeconomic spectrum, which involves not only the local governments but also the provincial and federal governments for those functional areas, including policy interventions and oversight, which still remain with them.

• Design Review and Construction Supervision of Bahawalpur City Urban Roads.
• Resident Supervision of Construction of Roads in Industrial Area and Civic Centre, Quaid-e-Azam Town, Lahore.
• Construction Supervision of ADB funded 425 kms of Rural Roads in D.G. Khan and Jampur Districts.
• Punjab Rural Water Supply Project (ADB funded).
• Solid Waste Management of Muzaffargarh city as per of urden development programe.
• Balochistan Roads Development Project, Feasibility Study and Detailed Design, Tender Documents and Construction
• Supervision of Provincial Highways and Rural Access Roads including 6 large bridges.
• Prime Minister's Programme for Housing (Contract PMHA-047, Construction of “C” Type ROW Houses at Dera Nawab Intersection near Bypass Bahawalpur).
• Prime Minister's Programme for Housing (Contract PMHA-027, Construction of “C” & “D” Type ROW Houses at PP&H Site, Faisalabad).
• Construction supervision for widening/ improvement of roads and river bridge in District, Okara. Widening/Improvement of Okara-Marripattan, Bridge over River Ravi at Syed Wala Pattan, Depalpur Bunga Hayat Road, Chunian-Sulemanki Link Haveli Lakha Road.
