Scope of the project
Consulting Services to be provided by EGC for the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) are to assist the WAPDA in:
Monitoring and evaluation of implementation progress of all project works and activities;
Supervise the overall monitoring and evaluation of physical, environmental, social and economic impacts of the project,
Create a monitoring and evaluation framework for the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydropower
Development of a web-based computerized Project Monitoring Information System (PMIS) for monitoring Tarbela 4th Extension Hydropower project all activities.
Supervise implementation of the overall EA/EMP, and SAP/RAP (Social and Resettlement Action Plan);
Deploy Enterprise Project Management System (EPMS) for managing multiple sub-projects within the Tarbela 4th Extension project
