Scope of the project
Government of Pakistan has entered into the frame work financing agreement with ADB for up to $810 million, to finance Power Distribution Enhancement Investment Program. The enhancement program will be implemented by eight power distribution companies (DISCOS) namely FESCO, MEPCO, LESCO, GEPCO. QESCO, IESCO, HESCO and PEPCO with PEPCO acting as Executing Agency for the investment program.
